Distinguished leadership, good afternoon, and today stand at this podium, I feel very honored. I would like to thank all the leaders, trust in me and cultivation from a small IT department staff to become head of corporate IT departments can not do without you at work for their support.

      I thank the manager of our department is to encourage and teach, so I gained a deeper understanding of IT industry, but also from an ignorant young man, grow a calm things down to earth IT workers. Time flies, recall the past five years, regardless of 08,09 years of ERP and VPN projects, and the OA project in 2010, or 2011 SAP projects in all aspects of support and encouragement. One moves, you let us know as an IT worker, the only constant exploration and pursuit, in order to better serve the company, to serve the community as a whole.

        2012, me and the Balluff Inc. (BALLUFF), are a very special year, under the general downturn in the global economy, the company's entire business is undergoing changes in the earth-shattering, to make business development better success at the end of 2011 the line SAP as one of the members of an SAP, how to better serve the entire Balluff company, will be a huge challenge. Nevertheless, I still believe that each of our the Balluff colleagues work together, we must be able to overcome all difficulties, and toward a bright future. Thank you.

Dear leaders and  colleague, good afternoon.  

Today stand on this stage, I feel very honored. I would like to thank all the leaders, trust in me and give me opportunity on my career growth。 Without your great support. I can not growth from a small IT department staff to a leader of corporate IT departments so quick.     

Specially, I would like say thank to my boss xxx, He is keeping encourage and teach me. With his help， I gained a deeper understanding of IT industry, More important, He help me become a clear thinker and technology driver.  Recall the past five years, no matter 08,09 years of ERP and VPN projects,  the OA project in 2010, or 2011 SAP projects, He always support and encouragement me. He let me know as one employee of company, we should constant exploration and pursuit, to better serve the company, to serve the community as a whole.   

     2012, For the Balluff Inc. (BALLUFF), is a very special year, under the descending trend of global economy, the company's entire business is undergoing huge changes, It also is a very special year for me。 In the end of 2011 the SAP is online , how do we improve SAP system to make better serve whole Balluff company, will be a huge challenge. However, I still believe that we need hard work, clever work. And most important is team work。With all function teamer support, we should be able to overcome all difficulties like past time, and finally achieve a bright future.

IT行业,当到主管,工资一定很高的,不下2W吧.再说在IT行业当主管的一般都英语交流的啊. ...

哥们，按照这么说，我真的挺可怜，我们公司是披着外企衣服的国企，工资也就6000多，还没加班费，没补贴，差一点连小明也养不起了
